ROE v. WADE has been officially overturned! The Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 decision to reverse the precedent set in 1973. Justice Alito wrote a majority opinion, in which he states, “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision…”
