WASHINGTON, DC, September 10, 2024 – Chelsey Youman, National Legislative Advisor for Human Coalition Action, on Tuesday issued the following statement commemorating the fourth anniversary of the Geneva Consensus Declaration:
“This landmark declaration affirmed what we all know to be true – that every child and woman has immense dignity and worth and that the measure of a society is how it treats its most vulnerable. Our foreign policy and diplomacy must be committed to protecting the first human right—the right to life. There is no international right to abortion. Period.”
“We commend the Trump administration for forming this historic coalition four years ago to combat the global abortion lobby. If elected, we call on Trump and his incoming administration to rejoin this coalition and once again establish America as a global leader for the cause of life.”
