Randall P. Smith

Mr. Randy Smith is a native of Georgia, born in Atlanta, GA. He has been married for 39 years to Wendy Smith and they resided in Marietta, Georgia. They have three children, ages 35, 33, and 29. They also have 4 grandchildren.

In 1976, Randy received his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree (BBA) in Economic and Management from Georgia State College University. He also has additional leadership and management training from: Columbia University, Washington University, American Society of Quality, Juran Institute, American Management Society, Chick-fil-A University, The Wharton School of Business, and The U.S Army War College.

He retired in July of 2018 with 34 years of service from Chick-fil-A Inc. Prior to his employment with Chick-fil-A, he held other positions of increasing responsibility in sales, sales management, manufacturing and administration with Procter and Gamble, Polaroid Corporation and Burlington Industries.

Randy has committed himself to community, and international efforts. He was appointed by the Governor of the State of Georgia to the Board of Human Services. Randy dedicates time to many humanitarian causes and programs.
